We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, and easy access to the motorway, nearby towns, and attractions by car. Parking was also convenient.
Nothing all excellent.

The setting of this hotel is superb set across from a beautiful unspoilt town with far reaching views of the valley and mountains. Goat bell's sound around the mountain as the sheppard leads them to pasture. Breakfast was lovely fruit meats cakes all you could eat and the staff attempted English, more than we could expect. Clean and comfortable rooms. We will be going back. The spa is 4km outside the town not as stated attached but this is a small thing. Will recomend this hotel for Basilicata.

the location was perfect, being close to both the vibrant city of Como and the stunning Basilicata mountains. the hotel had ample parking, and there was a great Italian restaurant within walking distance. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was well-equipped and modern. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of options that catered to all tastes. the views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The parking was a bit limited due to ongoing construction, which was a minor inconvenience.

Friendly staff. Would have been useful if literature provided about the facilities in the town or staff able to speak more English. We ate in the resturant and the waitress spoke very good English and was extremely helpful and pleasant. Would stay again. Hotel accommmodated our request for room overlooking valley which was excellent

Feels like home, friendly staff, great location, spacious and clean rooms, wonderful views, good position in town.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The breakfast is very good and complete, with a wide selection of pastries, juices, dry cereal, and breakfast drinks. the room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. the hotel is located in a picturesque area, which offered a great romantic atmosphere. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony that was facing the town.
The hotel lacks essential information on local transportation. We had trouble finding a taxi or public transportation to go to places we wanted to see and explore, which was quite disappointing, especially for a romantic escape.

Spent Christmas in a charming Italian countryside hotel - rooms were so spacious and comfy, with large windows and stunning views of the neighborhood. The breakfast spread was more than enough to fill our stomachs and fuel us for the day's activities. Loved the fact that we had easy access to local attractions and shops, which made our visit stress-free and convenient.
The lighting along the stairs is in dire need of improvement as it was difficult trying to navigate our way down them at night. , was a bit disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't yet completed during our stay - but hopefully once ready, the pool area will be worth revisiting.
